精品论文 参考文献 乳杆菌活菌胶囊治疗产后阴道炎的临床效果分析 宋海英 　　(甘肃省张掖市妇幼保健院 甘肃张掖 734000） 　　【摘要】目的：分析研究产后阴道炎患者通过乳杆菌活菌胶囊进行治疗的方法以及治疗效果，为临床提供依据。方法：选取2014年10月到2015年10月产后阴道炎患者资料100例实施回顾性分析，将100例患者随机分为两组，观察组50例，对照组50例，对照组患者实施常规治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础之上通过乳杆菌活菌胶囊进行治疗，记录两组患者的治疗效果以及病理学检查结果，将结果进行统计学分析。结果：观察组和对照组患者培养阳性和阴性结果对比没有明显的差异（P＞0.05），不具有统计学意义；观察组患者细菌清除率显著优于对照组患者（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义；观察组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组患者（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义；观察组患者对照组患者治疗期间没有出现严重不良反应，治疗3个月之后两组患者没有出现复发。结论：针对产后阴道炎患者通过乳杆菌活菌胶囊进行治疗效果显著，患者出现不良反应几率小，细菌清除率高，应该在临床中大力推广使用。 　　【关键词】产后阴道炎；乳杆菌活菌胶囊；治疗效果；不良反应 　　【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）21-0089-02 　　Lactobacillus vaginal capsule in the treatment of postpartum clinical effectiveness analysis Song Haiying. 　　MCH Zhangye City in Gansu Province, Zhangye, Gansu 734000,China 　　【Abstract】Objective To study the treatment of patients with postpartum vaginal lactobacillus capsules by methods and treatment for clinical basis.
