精品论文 参考文献 乳突根治术后不干耳298例原因分析 孙兆吉1 周彬2 　　（1齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院 黑龙江 齐齐哈尔 161000） 　　（2哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院 黑龙江 哈尔滨 150001） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨乳突根治术后不干耳的原因，做好预防措施。方法：选取2014年5月到2015年5月期间，我院收治的298例乳突根治术后不干耳患者作为研究对象。对所有患者的临床资料进行分析。结果：298例乳突根治术后不干耳患者，有215例为胆脂瘤残留，占72.1%，30例患者咽鼓管感染，占10%。25例外耳道狭窄，占8.4%。28例换药不当，占9.5%。再次实施手术，患者后期均达到干耳，干耳率为100%。结论：乳突根治术后不干耳的原因为：病灶清除不彻底、外耳道过于狭窄、咽鼓管感染、换药不当、残留异物等。为了避免术后产生不干耳，要求术者严格按照规则操作，彻底清除病灶，保持术腔引流通畅，防止咽鼓管感染，为患者合理换药，减少术后不干耳的几率。 　　【关键词】 乳突根治术后不干耳；原因；分析 　　【中图分类号】R73 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）15-0036-02 　　Analysis of the causes of ears of 298 cases in the mastoid radical surgery Sun Zhaoji, Zhou Bin. Conclusions Mastoid radical surgery dont ear reason is: the lesion clearance incomplete, external auditory canal is too narrow, infection of eustachian tube, improper dressing, residual foreign matter, etc. 　　【Key words】Dont ear to mastoid radical surgery; The reason; Analysis of the 　　在胆脂瘤中耳炎治疗中，主要采用乳突根治手术。实施手术治疗，可以彻底清除耳道内的病灶组织，帮助恢复听力[1]。很多患者在术后出现耳内流脓症状，需要再次实行手术。本次研究探讨了乳突根治术后不干耳的原因和预防性措施，对2014年5月到2015年5月期间，我院收治的298例乳突根治术后不干耳患者，作为本次研究的对象。对所有患者的临床资料进行分析，总结术后不干耳的病因，改进手术方案，解决乳突根治术后不干耳问题，取得了良好的临床效果。具体报告如下。 　　1.资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选取于我院收治的乳突根治术后不干耳患者作为研究对象，共有298例。其中，男性205例，女性93例。患者的年龄在7岁到65岁之间。大部分患者年龄在20到50岁之间。左耳135例，右耳163例。病程3个月到22年。所有患者行乳突根治术后产生不干耳。 　　1.2 治疗方法 　　为所有患者实施全麻。在显微镜下，彻底清除复发胆脂瘤，炎性肉芽
