The paper presents the development process and technical characteristics of telecom net, broadcast net and computer net. For the repeated investment and resources waste resulted form the respective administration of telephone, cable television and computer nets by concerned departments in the campus, it describes the necessity of three-net integration in promotion of teaching technical methods and university network construction. Based on the access technology of integrated telecom, television and computer network, two feasible strategies of network construction in the university are analyzed and compared. 【Key words】three-net integration；telecom net；computer net；broadcast net；university network construction 0 引言
