Methods: 11 cases of renal calculi combined with antibioticresistant bacteria in patients with venous infusion of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection of sensitive, and do a good job ofprevention and control measures of perioperative holistic nursing operation. Results: 11 cases of multi-drug resistant bacteria infectionhave better control, urine culture negative, 5 cases of renal function in acute renal failure patients postoperative recovery, postoperative recovery was good, no complications, no multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection outbreak. Conclusion: intravenous antibiotic resistant bacteria sensitive, preventive control measures and peri operation nursing can improve the cure, reduce complication,promote the rehabilitation.
