精品论文 参考文献 701例60岁以上社区老年人健康状况的调查研究 段穗萍 刘建磊 林圣纳 (广东医学院附属佛山市禅城区中心医院检验科 广东佛山 528031) 【中图分类号】R195【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2011）46-0106-02 【摘要】 目的 了解广东省佛山市禅城区老年人血脂、空腹血糖、血压和体重异常的状况。方法 调查对象为佛山市禅城区的常住人口，共计701例，年龄大于60岁的老年人，测定TC、TG、GLU、测量血压及计算体质指数(BMI)。结果 测定结果分析发现，高甘油三脂的老年人46.79%，高总固醇的老年人43.10%，高血糖的老年人45.36%，高血压的老年人41.22%，体重超标老年人38.65%，且女性发生率明显高于男性(Plt;0.05) 。结论 佛山市禅城区老年人高血脂、高血糖、高血压及超重比例均较高,应对其进行护理干预,定期健康体检,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗是极为重要的。 【关键词】 老年?? 血脂 血糖 高血压 体重 Survey of health conditionin 701 older people over 60 years from community DUAN Sui-ping (Department of Clinical Laboratory,Chancheng Centre Hospital, The Affiliated of Guangdong Medical College, Foshan ,528031, china) 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of blood fat, blood sugar ,blood pressure and Body weight among old people in Chancheng District of Foshan City.Methods The results of Triglyceride (TG), cholesterol total (TC), blood glucose (GLU), blood pressure and Body Mass Index (BMI) of 701 residents over 60 years in in Chancheng District of Foshan City ,were detected.Results High triglyceride (TG) prevalence rate was 46.79%,high total cholesterol (TC) prevalence rate was 43.10% , high blood glucose prevalence rate was 45.36%, hypertension prevalence rate was 41.22%,Over weight prevalence rate was 38.65% ,and the prevalence rate of females was significantly higher than that of males of ( P lt;0.05) .Conclusions High blood fat, high blood sugar ,hypertension and Over weight prevalence rate is higher in old people in Chancheng District of Foshann City, they should be given nursing intervention, regular health check to achieve early discovery, early diagnosis and early treatment1 【Key words】older people blood sugar blood fat Hypertension Body weight 近年来，由于人们生活水平的不断提高及膳食结构的改变。高动物脂肪和高热量食物的增加，引起人们血脂，血糖水平增高和脂质代谢乱，常伴有高血脂，高血糖现象。极度容易引起全身动脉粥样硬化，是心、脑血管疾病发生，发展的基础[1]。而肥胖易合并高血压，高血脂及糖尿病，尤其我国老龄化呈上升趋势，所以重视老年人健康状况是非常重要的。 1 对象和方法 1.1 对象 2011年1月至8月佛山市禅城区五个社区701例60-77岁老年人健康体检，其中，男性3
