精品论文 参考文献 分段外剥内扎配合痔上黏膜套扎术治疗环状混合痔疗效观察 梅钦 　　（四川省蓬安县梅钦诊所 四川 蓬安 637800） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨分段外剥内扎配合痔上黏膜套扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年1月-2015年1月于我诊所进行治疗的环状混合痔患者62例，随机分为观察组和对照组各31例，对照组仅采用分段外剥内扎方法进行治疗，观察组采用分段外剥内扎配合痔上黏膜套扎术进行治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗后观察组患者VAS疼痛评分，肛门水肿、术后出血等并发症出现率明显小于对照组，(Plt;0.05)。结论：分段外剥内扎配合痔上黏膜套扎术治疗环状混合痔疗效显著，并发症少，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 混合痔；分段外剥内扎；黏膜套扎；疗效 　　【中图分类号】R615 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）29-0012-02 　　Segmented external strip internal firm cooperate on hemorrhoids mucosa ligation in treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid curative effect observation Mei Qin. Methods In January 2014 - January 2015 on my clinic for treatment of 62 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group (n = 31), the control group only by subsection within the outer peel method treatment, observation group with subsection on the outer shell pierced with hemorrhoid in mucosa ligation operation treatment, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results Observation group of patients after treatment VAS pain score, the anus edema, postoperative complications such as bleeding rate is significantly less than the control group, (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion Section within the outer peel tied with hemorrhoids mucosa ligation operation on circular mixed hemorrhoid with obvious therapeutic effect, fewer complications, worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】Mixed hemorrhoid; Section within the outer peel; Mucosa ligation; The curative effect 　　多发混合痔主要为环状混合痔。临床上对于该类病症主要通过手术方法进行处理，传统的手术方式，特别是采用分段结扎治疗方式，手术后残存的痔核容易发生水肿，或再次出现，如果对病变位置进行彻底清除又容易引发肛门狭小或一定程度失禁等并发症，因而手术的疗效并不十分满意[1]。近年来临床上多通过将病理位置清除，缓解临床表现为目的进行治疗。为了寻找有效
