融资融券交易对我国证券市场的影响研究 学院名称： 专业： 班级： 学号： 姓名： 指导教师姓名： 指导教师职称： 二〇一六 年 四 月 融资融券交易对我国证券市场的影响研究 摘 要：融资融券交易作为创新机制被引入我国证券市场，使得其不再维持着“单边市”的运行态势。到底融资融券从开始到现在给我们国家的证券市场带来了什么样的影响，是不是能够让市场的流动性得到提高，是否起到了平抑市场波动的作用，融资融券业务选择什么授信模式、有什么样的市场影响已经成为监管层与投资者的关注重点。在参考了前人的文献之后，本文首先大概地归纳了融资融券交易的相关概念、特点以及基本功能；其次结合数据简要的分析了融资融券交易的发展现状以及其面临的风险；然后，从融资融券交易的流动性与波动性两个方面展开融资融券对我国证券市场的影响研究。最后，由于融资融券交易的信用特征，进一步讨论了我国融资融券交易中风险控制体系的构建问题。 关键词：融资融券；交易模式；发展现状；市场影响 The research about the influence of margin trading on Chinese securities market Abstract: Margin trading as innovation mechanism was introduced into our country securities market, the securities market in China for many years the operation of the unilateral city situation to end, far-reaching impact on the securities market of our country. What margin in these six years has what effect on the securities market in our country, whether it has played an increase market liquidity, smooth market volatility, the basic function of securities lending and borrowing business credit model, market influence has become a focus of regulators and investors.
