精品论文 参考文献 压疮联合蚕食清创法的临床效果观察 赵玉兰 王秀华 冯金凤 郝云 张艳 　　（解放军第88医院神经内科 山东 泰安 271000） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨压疮联合清创法的效果。方法：按入选标准选择入住我院神经内科54例74处Ⅱ－Ⅳ期压疮患者，按照入院顺序随机分为3组各18例，即自溶清创组（24处）、单纯锐器清创组（24处）和联合蚕食清创组（26处），入院后按操作流程进行压疮评估和清创，清创后均给予美清佳涂抹、保湿敷料等覆盖至愈合。记录3组的压疮愈合计分、黑黄红期演进需要的清创时间，使用单因素方差分析比较3组的结果。结果：自溶清创、单纯锐器清创和联合蚕食法清创3种清创方法的清创期时间分别为（34.29plusmn;17.99）d、（20.99plusmn;10.31）d和（17.81plusmn;8.56）d，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01），联合清创法的清创期时间短于其他2种方法的清创期时间。结论：联合清创法采用清创胶将坏死组织软化水解后分次剪除，安全有效，缩短清创期，是Ⅱ－Ⅳ期压疮患者理想的清创方法。 　　【关键词】压力性溃疡；蚕食清创术；伤口愈合 　　【中图分类号】R446 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）11-0058-02 　　 　　Clinical effect observation of Pressure sores joint nibble debridement method Zhao Yulan, Wang Xiuhua, Feng Jinfeng, Hao Yun, Zhang Yan.
