精品论文 参考文献 2008-2013年四川省从事放射性工作人员染色体畸变率分析 四川省疾病预防控制中心 (成都 610041) 【中图分类号】R144 【文献标识码】A [摘要] 目的 通过对四川地区长期接触小剂量辐照的从事放射性工作人员（以下称从放人员）外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率检测，掌握全省辐射防护整体情况，为完善从放人员的工作条件提供依据。方法 采用微量全血培养法提取染色体标本，对2008-2013年四川省从事放射性工作人员和涉核部队人员职业健康检查外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率结果进行分类整理统计分析。结果 与对照组人员外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率比较，医院X射线诊断人员chi;2=40.72,Plt;0.01；涉核部队chi;2=32.59,Plt;0.01，差异有显著性；染色体畸变率大体呈逐年下降趋势。结论 长期接触小剂量辐照对人体健康存在一定影响，应加强防护。 [关键词] 放射性从业人员；染色体畸变率 Analysis of Chromosome Aberration Rate of Radioactive practitioners in Sichuan Province during 2008 to 2013 Ling Pan; Chen Chuang; Chen Xiyang; Wang Xiaofeng; Yang Liuying; Zhao Yi; [Abstract] Objective Through the detection of chromosome aberration rate in peripheral blood lymphocytes of radioactive practitioners in Sichuan province who are long-term exposed to low dose irradiation, to understand the overall level of radiation protection of Sichuan province and provide the baseline for further improving the working condition of radiation. Method extract the chromosome specimen using micro whole blood culture method, summarize and analyze the chromosome aberration rate in peripheral blood lymphocytes of radioactive practitioners in hospitals and nuclear workforces from their health examination results in Sichuan Province during 2008 to 2013.
