精品论文 参考文献 临床护理路径在妇科腹腔镜手术患者健康教育中的应用 谢光荣 李丽 黄清芳 （四川成都市第六人民医院 610051） 【中图分类号】R473.71【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2012）5-0074-03 【摘要】目的 探讨临床护理路径在妇科腹腔镜手术患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法 将120 例妇科腹腔镜手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规健康教育，观察组制定健康教育路径表对患者及家属给予全程个体化的健康教育。观察两组患者平均住院天数，术后肛门排气时间，健康知识掌握情况及患者对护士工作满意度。结果 观察组患者平均住院天数，肛门排气时间明显少于对照组（p﹤0.001），健康知识掌握情况，患者对护士工作满意度明显优于对照组（p﹤0.01）。结论 运用临床护理路径实施健康教育可密切护患关系，可督促患者知，信，行的统一，可有效预防，减少术后并发症的发生，缩短手术患者住院天数，提高护理质量，提高患者满意度。 【关键词】临床护理路径 妇科 腹腔镜 健康教育 The effect of clinical nursing pathway in health education of patients after undergoing laparoscopic operation in gynecology department. Methods: A total of 120 patients of gynecology department in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group were given Conventional health education. The observation group were given personal health education on the patient and family Members by routing table during the whole therapy. Observe the average of hospital stay，the time of passage of gas by anus，the health knowledge and the degree of satisfaction of nurses on two group patients. Results：the average of hospital stay，the time of passage of gas by anus in observation group were significantly lower than control group（p﹤0.001），the health knowledge and the degree of satisfaction of nurse in observation group were superior to control group（p﹤0.01）. Conclusion：use clinical nursing pathway to health education can close nurses to patients，induce patients to know，trust do and make them together. can effectively prevent，reduce the occurrence of complications.
