精品论文 参考文献 卡马西平血药浓度检测结果与分析应用 周清武（四川省绵阳市中心医院 621000） 【中图分类号】R446【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2012）30-0280-02 【摘要】 目的 安全有效地使用卡马西平治疗癫痫病人。方法 应用药动学原理在Excel表中设计出个体患者口服使用卡马西平后的血药浓度数学计算模型，输入卡马西平血药浓度检测值，通过对卡马西平表观t1/2的调整，使计算出的即时卡马西平血药浓度值与检测值相一致，从而确定出个体患者的卡马西平真实t1/2、稳态峰浓度Csm、稳态谷浓度Csi。判定当前用药方案合理或调整不适当的给药方案，使药物峰谷浓度在理想范围。结果 通过任意点的卡马西平血药浓度检测值，从血药浓度数学模型中容易得出个体患者可能的血药浓度范围，调整不适当的给药方案，容易达到理想的治疗目的。结论 药动学指导下的卡马西平血药浓度检测与给药方案调整，对指导临床个体化安全有效地使用卡马西平非常有意义。 【关键词】 卡马西平 个体患者 血药浓度检测 给药方案调整 药动学参数 Blooddrug Concentration Measurement Results and Analysis Application of Carbamazepine ZHOU Qingwu（Sichuan Mianyang Centralhospital，Mianyang 621000，China） 【ABSTRACT】 OBJECTIVE To treat epilepsy safely and effectively with carbamazepine. METHODS：Using pharmacokinetic principle in Excel table, establish the blooddrug concentration mathematical calculation model about individual patient oral using carbamazepine, input the assaydata of carbamazepine blooddrug concentration, adjust the apparent t1/2 of carbamazepine, make the calculated value be as accordant as the assaydata of carbamazepine blooddrug concentration，so as todetermine the individual patient real carbamazepine t1/2, the steady peak concentration Csm, the steady valley concentration Csi. Anddetermine the current medication Whether to be reasonable，adjust unreasonable administration plan to makedrug concentration into ideal range in the peak and valley. RESULTS：Through the assaydata of the arbitrary point carbamazepine blooddrug concentration，achieve easily that the individual patient possible blooddrug concentrationhigh-low range in the mathematical model，adjust the inappropriate medication, reach easily the ideal therapeutic purposes.
