精品论文 参考文献 基于120例的氟喹诺酮类药物的不良反应及合理用药探讨 张延辉 谢锋顺 胡卡芬（通讯作者） 　　（福建医科大学附属漳州市医院 福建漳州 363000） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨氟喹诺酮类药物的不良反应及合理用药措施。方法：对120例伴随氟喹诺酮类药物不良反应患者的年龄、性别、给药方法、不良反应的发生时间、不良反应表现以及转归的方式进行分析和统计。结果：女性患者的不良反应率高于男性患者，年龄跨度在31到40岁之间的患者不良反应率最高，单独给药方式的不良反应发生率高于联合用药，静脉注射给药途径的不良反应患者较多，年龄跨度在18岁到40岁之间患者不良反应发生时间相对较长，但恢复时间却相对较短，不良反应临床症状表现最为明显的是患者皮肤系统，经治疗，患者转归效率为98.3%。结论：给予患者用氟喹诺酮类药物时，应该结合患者病史，严格分析此类药物的适用证和禁忌症，从而将此类药物的不良反应率控制在最低。 　　【关键词】氟喹诺酮类；不良反应；合理用药 　　【中图分类号】R97 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2015）05-0008-03 　　To investigate the adverse reaction of fluoroquinolones in 120 cases and based on the rational use of drugs 　　Zhang Yanhui,Xie Fengshun,Hu kafin (corresponding author). 　　Zhangzhou Hospital affiliated to Fujian Medical University 363000 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the adverse reaction of fluoroquinolones and rational drug use measures. Methods analysis and statistic of 120 cases with age, sex, drug administration, drug adverse reactions in patients with fluoroquinolone occurrence time, adverse reactions and the outcome of the way. Results the adverse reactions of female patients are higher than that of male patients, age span of patients with adverse reaction between 31 to 40 years old was the highest, the adverse reaction occurred alone administered rates higher than the combined use of intravenous route of administration of patients with adverse reactions are more, the age span in 18 to 40 years old between patients with adverse reaction a relatively long period of time, but the recovery time is relatively short, the adverse reaction of clinical symptoms was most pronounced in patients with skin system, after the treatment, the patients with efficiency of 98.3%. Conclusion give fluoroquinolones patients, should be combined with patient history, rigorous analysis of applicable card and contraindications of such drugs, which will be the adverse reaction of this kind of drugs at the lowest rate control. 　　【keyword】 Fluoroquinolones; Adverse reaction;
