The results indicated that soil conditioner could promote the development of the root system of flue-cured tobacco, and the yield, output value and average price increased by 3.73%-9.84%, 12.80%-27.46%, 8.74%-16.76%, respectively, the proportion of superior tobacco leaves, middle and superior tobacco leaves increased by 7.44, 11.61 percentage points, respectively. Compared to the control, the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar increased, and the nitrogen, nicotine and protein increased, but the potassium and chlorine content did not change significantly. More importantly, in the taste quality panel test, the comprehensive scores of different area were higher, the aroma quality and quantity were increased, and the offensive odor, irritation decrease, aftertaste were more pure and comfortable.
