学 士 学 位 论 文 浅析湖北省部分高校健美操教学的研究 2009年3月浅析湖北省部分高校健美操教学的研究高校体育教学担负着增进大学生身体健康的重担，健美操作为一项新兴的时尚体育运动，是目前高校体育教学中备受学生喜爱的主干课程之一。健美操以有氧练习为基础，以健、力、美为特征，以鲜明的音乐节奏及动作与音乐的完美结合为表现形式，体现出时代的特点和健美操本身的魅力和优势。健美操特有的运动形式给人以热情奔放和生机勃勃的感受，能充分满足学生的运动欲望，促进学生身心发展，提高学生的社会适应能力，对高校体育健康目标的实现具有重要作用。本文旨在通过对省高校健美操课程开设的现状、内容设置、师资队伍建设、场地设施现状等方面的调查，分析影响高校健美操课程发展的因素，提出有利于健美操课程发展的建议，为推动高校健美操教学的改革和发展提供有益的参考。健美操教学 Brief analysis Hubei partial province university body-building exercises teaching condition research Abstract：The university sports teaching shoulders is promoting the university student health the heavy burden, the body-building exercises takes emerging fashionable sports, is in the present university sports teaching is subject to one which of branch curricula the student likes.
