精品论文 参考文献 妊高症优质护理干预护理体会 （四川省金阳县人民医院妇产科 四川凉山 616250） 　　【摘要】目的：对优质护理干预妊高症的护理疗效进行分析和探讨。方法：以2012年6月-2015年6月我院收治的90例妊高症患者为研究对象。随机分组为观察组与对照组各45例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予优质护理。观察指标为患者的妊娠结局及护理后生活质量评分。结果：护理后观察组患者出现早产、产后大出血、胎儿窘迫、胎儿死亡的例数明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；经过护理之后，观察组患者总体健康、生理功能、社会功能、精神健康各项指标评分明显高于对照组，差异显著，有统计学意义，P＜0.01。结论：优质护理干预能减少妊高症患者不良妊娠结局的发生率，提高患者生活质量，临床效果显著，值得广泛推广应用。 　　【关键词】优质护理；妊高症；子痫 　　【中图分类号】R473.71 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）20-0016-02 　　 The Effectiveness analysis of Quality care interventions for patients with hypertensive disorders in pregnancy care 　　 Chen Yan. Methods June 2012 -2014 in June in our hospital 90 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension in patients for the study. Randomized to observation group and the control group of 45 patients in the control group received usual care, quality care in observation group were given on the basis of routine care. Observed indicators for patient care after pregnancy outcomes and quality of life scores. Results The patient care after premature delivery, postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress, the number of cases of fetal death was significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05); after treatment, the overall health of patients in the observation group, physiological function , social function, mental health scores were significantly higher than the indicators, significant difference was statistically significant, P lt;0.01. Conclusion The quality of care intervention can reduce pregnancy-induced hypertension in patients with the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, improve the quality of life in patients with significant clinical effect, it is worth widely used. 　　【Key words】Quality care; Pregnancy hypertension; Eclampsia 　　妊高症严重
