精品论文 参考文献 孕产妇分娩危险因素原因分析与防范措施 杨宗琴（雅安市芦山县人民医院625600） 　　【摘要】目的：分析孕妇分娩过程中易出现的危险因素，提出防范措施，为分娩时母子安全提供指导意见。方法：将2013 年至2014年在我科接生的2000例孕产妇按随机分配原则分为观察组1000例和对照组1000 例，观察孕产妇生产过程中的存在的危险因素，进行分类总结并提出防范措施。结果：观察组1000例孕产妇生产过中700例存在危险因素，其中200例与心理状况不佳有关，150例与年龄有关，50 例与体型有关，150例与基础疾病有关，70例与胎儿过大有关，50例与未及时选择分娩方式有关，30例与孕妇对分娩知识缺乏有关。结论：孕产妇分娩是关系到母子安全的问题，产前对分娩因素进行评估，提前做好防护准备对保证母子安全能起到很好的作用。 　　【关键词】孕产妇分娩；危险因素；防范措施【中图分类号】R2 【文献标号】A 【文章编号】2095-7165（2015）10-0006-02Maternal risk factors childbirth Cause Analysis and Prevention MeasuresYANG Zong Qin（Obstetrics and Gynecology, Lushan County Peoples Hospital, Yaan City, Sichuan Province Zip code 625 600）abstract:[Objective] To analyze the risk factors for pregnant women during childbirth prone proposed preventive measures, provide guidance for thesafety of mother and child during childbirth. [Conclusions] maternal birth mother and child safety issues related to prenatal childbirth factors to assess in advance ready tosafeguards to ensure the safety of mother and child can play a good role.Key words: maternal childbirth; risk factors; preventive measures 　　影响分娩的因素应包括产力、产道、胎儿和精神因素。产力是分娩的动力，正常分娩依靠产力将胎儿排出体外，但同时还需要软产道有很好的弹性能相应地扩张，保证有足够大的产道供胎儿通过。产力受胎儿的位置、大小及其与产道关系和精神、心理因素的影响。顺利的分娩依赖于这些因素之间的相互适应和协调，否则可导致难产，使产妇和胎儿发生不应有的损伤。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1
