精品论文 参考文献 孕产妇孕期营养调查 黄俊峰1 李华2 田敬霞2（通讯作者） 　　【摘 要】 目的 调查孕妇孕期营养知识状况，探讨营养水平结构与妊娠结局关系。方法 随机选取2013年1月-2013年5月在我院住院分娩的孕妇454例，利用营养调查表了解其营养知识及行为现状，并对调查者的妊娠结局（孕周、分娩方式、产后出血、新生儿体重及Apgar评分）进行统计学分析。结果 （1）孕前肥胖孕妇孕期体重增加最少（Plt;0.05），但新生儿体重最大（Plt;0.05）；（2）剖宫产分娩及经阴分娩的新生儿体重无明显差别（Pgt;0.05），但前组孕妇体重高于后者（Plt;0.05）；（3）随着学历增加，了解并接受过孕期体重控制和营养指导的孕妇比例有不同程度的增加。结论 孕前肥胖及孕期体重增加过多与不良妊娠结局有关，应进一步加强对孕妇的孕期营养指导。 　　【关键词】 孕期营养； 体重指数； 妊娠结局； 调查 　　Maternal prenatal nutrition survey 　　【Abstract】 Objective to investigate the pregnant woman nutrition status during pregnancy,and discusse relationship between nutrition structure and pregnancy outcomes. Methods 454 pregnant women delivery in Jinan central hospital were selected randomly from January 2013 to May 2013, nutritional status questionnaire was designed to understand the subjectsrsquo;nutrition knowledge and behavior, and the pregnancy outcomes such as gestational age, delivery methods, postpartum hemorrhage and newborn weight,and Apgar score were analyzed statistically. Results although weight gain in obese pregnant women group was less than that in another group(Plt; 0.05), the fetal birth weight in the group was more than that in another group(P lt;0.05);there is no significant difference for neonatal weight in Cesarean section delivery group and vaginal delivery group (Pgt;0.05),but the former group of pregnant women weight is higher than the latter (Plt;0.05);the women with higher education more easily understand and accept weight control and nutritional guidance during pregnancy.
