精品论文 参考文献 实施不同护理模式对老年肾衰竭透析患者并发症的影响观察 张 洁 张瑞芹 邢春光 　　中国人民解放军总医院 北京 100853 　　【摘 要】目的：观察实施不同护理模式对老年肾衰竭患者透析并发症的干预效果。方法：选取研究对象180例，分为观察组94例，对照组86例。对照组对患者实施传统护理模式，即系统化整体护理；观察组在传统护理模式的基础上，针对患者在透析治疗的过程中，有可能出现的胃肠道、心脑血管、营养和情绪状态等方面的不良反应，制定具有针对性和个性化护理措施，对患者实施预见性护理。两组采用不同的护理模式干预3个月后，进行效果评价。评价指标为胃肠道各种常见并发症的发生率、心脑血管系统并发症发生率、不良情绪状态的发生率、营养不良发生率，数据进行统计学处理，采用X2检验。结果：将两组患者采用不同护理模式后的各种并发症???生结果进行比较，除低血压发生率具有显著性差异（Plt;0.01）外，其余各项均具有极显著性差异（Plt;0.001）。结论：预见性护理能够有效的减少老年透析患者透析并发症的发生,有利于改善患者预后。 　　【关键词】肾衰竭；透析；并发症；预见性护理 　　【中图分类号】R473 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）8-0089-02 　　To observe the effect on senile renal failure complications in maintenance hemodialysis patients to carry out different nursing mode 　　Zhang Jie Zhang rui-qin Xing chun-guang 　　(General Hospital of PLA，BeiJing 100853) 　　【Abstract】Objective:To observe the intervention of different nursing pattern on the adverse complications in patients with renal dialysis effect.Methods:180 subjects, divided into the observation group 94 cases,control group 86 cases.
