A 3D model of an air spring was carried out with finite ele ment analysis( FEA) software ABAQUS to study the influence of curtainline layer s parameters on the characteristics of the air spring. C Shell elements were used to build the FEA model and rebar structurewas adopted to simulate the curtainline layers.
