广西地区类鼻疽伯克霍尔德氏菌的分布调查 马广强，王倩，朱金华，叶荷平，万红娇，汪建民(330004南昌, 江西中医学院基础医学院病原生物学与免疫学学科组) [摘要]目的 调查类鼻疽伯克霍尔德氏菌在广西地区的详细分布情况。方法 于2007年底对广西地区所有的14个地级市进行了大规模调查，共采集了77个地点的154个土壤样品和130个水样。采样通过细菌分离培养方法、16S rDNA 基因测序和鞭毛基因检测的方法进行鉴定分析，对类鼻疽伯克霍尔德氏菌检出情况的地理分布进行绘图记录。结果 154份土壤样品中分离纯化出13株类鼻疽伯克霍尔德氏菌，阳性率为8.4%，没有在水样中发现该菌；分离纯化结果与16S rDNA 基因测序和鞭毛基因检测的结果完全一致。分离纯化类鼻疽伯克霍尔德氏菌阳性的采样点分布在中东、南宁、钦州、放城、北海5个地区。结论 广西地区的类鼻疽伯克霍尔德氏菌主要分布情况极不均匀，都分布在北回归线以南。 [关键词]类鼻疽、类鼻疽伯克霍尔德氏菌、16S rDNA、土壤样品 [中图法分类号] [文献标志码]A Prevalence of Burkholderia pseudomallei in Guangxi province Ma Guangqiang1, Wang Qian1, Zhu Jinhua1, Ye Heping1, Wan Hongjiao1 (1Department of Pathogen Biology and Immunology, Basic Medical College, Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, 330004, China) [Abstract] Objective To detect the prevalence and distribution of Burkholderia pseudomallei (B. pseudomallei) in Guangxi province, China, Methods Samples were harvested from several locations in Guangxi region in the year of 2007. A total of 154 soil samples and 130 water samples were screened for B. pseudomallei by bacterial culture, and identification by PCR for species-specific 16S rDNA and flagellin genes. Results B. pseudomallei was detected in 8.4% of the soil samples but in none of the water samples. All positive samples were confined to a single low-lying region from rice paddy fields. Counts of B. pseudomallei ranged from 23 to 521 CFU/g. Conclusion This is the first survey on geographical distribution of B. pseudomallei iuneven soil in Guangxi region.
