中风病患者的表型与中医体质分类关系的 研究 任国华摇 郭增元摇 屈原明摇 田巧枝 揖摘要铱摇 目的摇 观察中风病患者与中医体质分类的关系,探讨中风病人的主要病理体质类型, 为从体质调控降低中风病的发病率寻找一条新的途径。 方法摇 选取201例患者,采用中医体质分 类标准进行分类,并作脉搏、血压、身高、体重及体重指数、心电图及血生化指标测定。 结果摇 痰湿 质55例,阳虚质46 例,气虚质31例,阴虚质 11例,分别占27%、23%、15%、5%,占全部患者的 71%;痰湿质与气虚质及痰湿质与阳虚质的胆固醇比较均有显著性差异(P0郾05)。 结论摇 中风病 患者中以痰湿、阳虚、气虚、阴虚4种体质类型为主,痰湿质的血脂水平明显高于气虚质和阳虚质。 揖关键词铱摇 中风病;摇 体质分类;摇 临床研究 揖中图分类号铱摇 R255.2摇 揖文献标识码铱摇 A摇 doi:10.3969/ j.issn.1674鄄1749.2015.08.003 Relationship between Phenotype and Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution of Stroke Patients REN Guo鄄hua,GUO Zeng鄄yuan,QU Yuan鄄ming,et al. Methods摇 201 cases of patients were includedandclassifiedintodifferentTCM constitutions. Meanwhile,physiologicalindexesincluding the pulse rate,blood pressure,height,weight and body mass index (BIM),electrocardiogram (ECG) and blood biochemistry indexes were determined. Results摇 There were 55 cases of phlegm dampness (27% of the total),46 cases of yang deficiency (23%),31 cases of qi deficiency (15%),and 11 cases of yin deficiency (5%), contributing 71% of all cases.
