摇摇374 环球中医药2016年3月第9卷第3期摇 Global Traditional Chinese Medicine,March2016,Vol郾9,No郾3 ·综述 · 古代中医外治法治疗瘢痕的遣方用药规律 初探 尹仲衡摇 段行武 揖摘要铱摇 通过查阅文献,搜集了古代医论、医案及方书中对于瘢痕的认识和具有外治瘢痕之功 的单味药与复方,古籍所载的相关单方、验方数量庞大,散见于不同的书籍,且鲜有归纳分类。 但是 在分析上述医论、方书等资料时,发现古人采用外治法治疗瘢痕的遣方用药仍然有规律可循,主要 体现在以下两方面:一是初受外伤、瘢痕未成时,以预防瘢痕形成为主,所用药物多性温而味酸甘或 辛,目的是使气血充足与经络通畅;二是病程已久、瘢痕已成时,则以去瘀消瘢为要,用药多偏于峻 烈,目的是取其攻坚去实之力。 可见在不同阶段,外治瘢痕的思路各有侧重,值得学习与借鉴,相关 文献的整理和探究能够为临床上更好的应用前人的学术成果提供一定的理论依据。 揖关键词铱摇 古代中医;摇 外治法;摇 瘢痕;摇 规律 揖中图分类号铱摇 R244摇 揖文献标识码铱摇 A摇 doi:10郾3969/ j郾issn郾1674鄄1749郾2016郾03郾041 Regularities of formulas and medicinals for scars: a preliminary study on external therapy of ancient Chinese medicine摇 YIN Zhong鄄heng,DUAN Xing鄄wu. Itfoundoutthattherewasalargenumberofprescriptionsforscartreatmentsbutmostof them were uncategorized. The findings of this research also showed that there were certain regularities to follow based on theanalysisofpreviousacademicachievementsintreatingscars. Ontheonehand,theme鄄 dicinalswhich arewarm鄄natured and acid鄄sweet or acridflavor should be used to supplement qi and blood and smooth the meridian in order to prevent the formation of scars at the beginning of the trauma;on the otherhand,drasticmedicinalsshouldbeusedforremovingstasisandanti鄄freckleif scarshavealreadybeen formed. The findings also indicated that the external therapy on scars should be focused differently at different stages of symptoms.
