单中心DBD肾移植历史回顾及经验总结 吴荣华1，冯嘉瑜1，钟晓1，陈益荣1，夏阳1，郑杰2，何冉3，黄赤兵1* (1 第三军医大学新桥医院泌尿外二科，重庆 400038；2 四川省自贡市荣县中医院，四川 643100；3 重庆市石柱县人民医院，重庆，409100) 【摘要】 目的 通过分析我中心实施的脑死亡器官捐献（Donation after braindeath DBD）肾移植病例，回顾历史，总结经验。 方法 对我中心2012年12月-2013年5月实施的7例DBD肾移植病例临床资料进行回顾性总结。 结果 4例供体均符合我国DBD器官脑死亡标准，4例供体热缺血时间分别13min、16min、11min、17min；由我中心完成的7例病人目前人肾均存活；移植物功能恢复良好，无并发症发生，无受体死亡，均已康复出院。 结论 通过选择合适的DBD捐献者，实施可控的DBD程序，DBD器官移植可以获得满意的效果。目前在DBD器官移植方面处于起步阶段，器官捐献率较低，对于供体筛选标准、捐献获取流程、远期随访观察指标等方面处于探索阶段，借鉴国内其他单位经验，同时加大宣传力度，统一组织协调，术前积极维持供体器官功能，术后科学观察随访移植器官功能，对DBD的捐献工作将起到积极作用。 Single Center Experience DBD kidney transplantation and Historical Review Objective By analyzing our center implementation brain dead organ donors (DBD) kidney transplant patients, review history，Lessons Learned。 Methods On my center in December 2012 -2013 in May implemented in seven cases of renal transplant patients DBD clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.
