河南财经政法大学本科毕业生毕业论文 河南省信阳市农民工市民化的问题研究  摘 要 农民工市民化是促进经济发展和综合国力提高以及解决农民工问题的最终出路。由于我国的基本国情是城乡二元结构，导致经济发展不均衡、城乡文化存在较大差距、各种不利因素的累积，使我国农民工市民化的进程并不顺利，农民工则成为游离于农村和城市之间的“边缘群体”。农民工市民化逐渐成为一个社会热点问题。农民工市民化，迎合了城镇化建设战略的要求，促进了城乡一体化，是我国发展必须经历的过程，是解决社会发展中诸多难题的关键，有利于小康社会的实现。 本文在借鉴现有研究成果的基础上，深入了解农民工市民化的概念、特点，并通过调查，分析农民工市民化的现状，得出我国农民工市民化的进程并不顺利，存在种种障碍因素影响农民工市民化, 如政府政策障碍，城市的排斥，农民工自身障碍因素。。通过对这些障碍因素的分析，找出问题存在的原因，提出可行性对策，以此来加快农民工市民化的进程。 关键词：农民工；市民化；障碍因素 Abstract Migrant workers move to city that is the ultimate way to promote the economic development of urbanization and the comprehensive national strength and solve the problems of rural migrant workers.Our countrys basic condition is urban-rural dual structure,so urban and rural economic development is not balanced,and there is a gap between the urban and rural cultural , the accumulation of various factors in the process make progress not smooth and the migrant workers become “marginal groups” between urban and rural areas. Process has become a hot social problem. Process meet the requirements of the urbanization strategy and promote the construction of the urban-rural integration. Migrant workers in Chinas urbanization process of development must experience solving some problems in the development of society, and it is the key to realize the well-off society. Based on the basis of existing research results,we can understand the process of the concept, characteristics deeply, and through the investigating and analyzing the current rural migrant workers in China urbanization process, we can get the result that the process is not smooth, there are many obstacles affecting process ,such as obstacles of government policy,the rejection of city ,the obstacles of migrant workers themselves. Through analyzing these obstacles, we can look for the causes of the existing problems and put forward some countermeasures to accelerate the urbanization process of migrant workers.
