精品论文 参考文献 对体检人群尿液分析结果影响因素探讨 裴惠临（武汉大学中南医院检验科　湖北武汉　430071） 【摘要】 尿液分析,是临床上最常用的重要检验项目之一,是泌尿系统疾病诊断、疗效观察及预后的首选项目,也是代谢系统疾病的诊断、安全用药的检测、职业病辅助诊断、健康健康状况评估的常用项目[1],尿液标本尿液分析仪的广泛使用,使体检中尿液检验既简便又快速,如何在体检中充分发挥尿液分析诊断作用,就要靠尿液检验的准确性.笔者认为尿液检验的准确与否不仅仅取决于尿液检验先进的仪器,更重要的是要有一个有责任心的检验工作者和标准的操作.笔者对体验人群尿液分析中发现由于存在许多复杂的影响因素,部分检测结果会出现假阳性部分检测结果会出现假阳性和假阴性，探讨这些影响因素,使体检尿液结果更为准确。 【关键词】　体检　尿液分析　假阴性　假阳性　影响因素 【中图分类号】R446.11 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2012）22-0107-02 【Abstract】The urine analysis, is one of on clinical most commonly used important examination projects, is uninary system disease diagnoses, the curative effect observation and the prognosis first choice project, also is metabolism system disease diagnosis, the safe medication examination, occupational disease assists the diagnosis, the health state of health appraisal commonly used project [1], the urine specimen urine analyzer widespread use, causes in the physical examination the urine examination both simple and fast, how in physical examination full display urine analysis diagnosis function, must depend on the urine examination the accuracy. The author thought the urine examination accurate or not is decided not merely by the urine examination advanced instrument, must have one more importantly to have the sense of responsibility examination worker and the standard operation.
