精品论文 参考文献 小针刀配合针灸辨证治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床研究 （四川省成都市青白江区城厢镇卫生院康复科 四川 成都 610306） 【摘要】目的：对小针刀配合针灸辩证治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效进行研究。方法：将2014年5月至2015年5月期间在我院就诊的200例膝骨性关节炎患者分为观察组和对照组两组。其中，对照组接受透明质酸钠关节腔治疗，观察组则接受小针刀配合针灸辩证治疗。结果：治疗后，观察组患者在肿胀程度、疼痛程度方面均低于对照组，活动度高于对照组，两组的差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；观察组的总有效率为96%，明显高于对照组的79%，两组的差距具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：小针刀配合针灸辩证治疗对治疗膝骨性关节炎具有显著疗效，值得推广。 【关键词】小针刀；针灸辩证治疗；膝骨性关节炎 【中图分类号】R242 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）33-0044-02 Clinical study on acupuncture treatment of acupotomy combined with knee osteoarthritis Zhu Changjiang. Methods 200 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into observation group and control group in two cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis from May 2015 to May 2014. Among them, the control group received sodium hyaluronate intra-articular treatment, the observation group received acupuncture treatment of acupotomy combined with dialectical. Results After treatment, the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the degree of swelling and pain were significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (Plt;0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group was 96%, significantly higher than the control group 79%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (Plt;0.05).
