精品论文 参考文献 尿激酶溶栓对2小时内急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的治疗效果分析 江佩金 　　（凉山州会理县人民医院 四川 凉山 615100） 　　【摘要】 目的：研究并分析尿激酶溶栓对于2h以内心肌梗死为ST段急性抬高型患者的医治效果。方法：选择我院2012年至2015年期间心内科诊治的114例2h以内心肌梗死为ST段急性抬高型的患者实行回顾性研究，并将他们随机分为研究组与对照组，每组57例。对照组选取常规医治，研究组则选取尿激酶溶栓实行医治。结果：医治结束的2h以内，对照组再通率是15.79%；研究组再通率是52.63%；医治结束6h以后，对照组再次开通率为3.51%；研究组再次开通率为24.56%，可见两组之间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对于2h以内心肌梗死为ST段急性抬高型的患者使用尿激酶溶栓实行医治，不但能将死亡率降低，将再次开通率升高，而且发生的并发症较少，值得在临床中应用。 　　【关键词】溶栓；尿激酶；心肌梗死 　　【中图分类号】R541 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）12-0034-02 　　 　　Analysis of treatment effect of urokinase thrombolysis for acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction within 2 hours 　　Jiang Peijin.
