精品论文 参考文献 尿红细胞形态检查的临床意义探讨 李晨刚1 张春福1 陈巧林2(通讯作者) 　　(1 江苏省昆山市第二人民医院检验科 215300) 　　(2 江苏大学医学院 212013) 　　【摘要】目的 探讨尿红细胞形态检查用于诊断肾早期损伤的价值。方法 用相差显微镜和UF-100联合检测血尿标本的尿红细胞形态，鉴定出肾性血尿、非肾性血尿和混合性血尿，结合临床超声波和肾功能检查，确定临床诊断符合率。结果 两种方法鉴定尿红细胞形态相关性较好，均一型、变异型、混合型两者符合率分别为85.7%、96.1%和63.6%。尿红细胞形态检查诊断肾性血尿、非肾性血尿临床符合率均高于超声波和肾功能检查，分别为97.5%和81.7%。结论 尿红细胞形态检查对肾疾病诊断与治疗有重要意义，可作为诊断肾早期损伤敏感指标之一。 　　【关键词】尿液 红细胞形态 肾性血尿 非肾性血尿 　　【中图分类号】R69 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）24-0072-02 　　To explore the value of urine red blood cell morphological examination 　　【Abstract】Objective: To explore the value of urine red blood cell morphological examination for diagnosis of early renal damage. Methods: To identify renal hematuria, non renal hematuria and mixed blood in the urine, we Jointed detection with phase contrast microscope and UF - 100 urine specimens of urinary red cell morphology and we also combined with clinical ultrasound and renal function checks to determine the clinical diagnostic coincidence rate. Results: The correlation of the two methods to identify the urine red blood cell morphological was good. The coincidence rate of isotypy , variants and mixed type was 85.7%, 96.1% and 63.6% respectively. The Clinical coincidence rate of Urine red blood cell morphological examination in the diagnosis of renal hematuria and non renal hematuria was 97.5% and 81.7% respectively, higher than that of ultrasonic and renal function tests,. Conclusion: Urine red blood cell morphological examination has important significance for diagnosis and treatment of renal diseases and it is one of the sensitive indexes for early diagnosis of renal injury. 　　【Key words】urine; red blood cell morphological; renal hematuria; non renal hematuria 　　血尿是临床常见的症状之一，根据尿红细胞数量不同可分为镜下血尿和肉眼血尿，根据血尿来源及尿红细胞形态的不同临床上可以分为肾性血尿、非肾性血尿和混合性血尿。血尿产生的原因很多，泌尿系统疾病、自身免疫性疾病及心血管疾病等均可累及肾损伤而引起血尿。本文采用相差显微镜和UF-100尿沉渣流式细胞仪联合检测本市血尿病人尿标本300例[1]，探讨肾性和非肾性血尿红细胞形态畸形率，比较显微镜法和UF-100法检查结果的相关性[2]，并将血尿联合检测的结果应用于血尿病人早期诊断和早期治
