工型鼻贴联合活瓣式脸贴留置胃管固定法的护理效果观察 中南大学湘雅医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科 摘要：目的：探讨工型鼻贴联合活瓣式脸贴留置胃管固定法的护理效果。方法：选取我院2013年到2014年收治的100例喉癌术后患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用传统留置胃管固定方法的护理，观察组实行工型鼻贴联合活瓣式脸贴留置胃管固定法的护理，比较分析两组的护理效果。结果：在更换固定带的时间和频率上，观察组明显优于对照组（Plt;0.05）；观察组的患者舒适度也显著高于对照组（Plt;0.05）；在鼻胃管脱出或异位、脸部和鼻部压疮发生率上，观察组显著低于对照组，差异也具有统计学上的意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：工型鼻贴联合活瓣式脸贴留置胃管固定法有助于维持患者皮肤清洁完整，提高其舒适度，预防了固定不牢造成鼻胃管脱落以及压疮的发生，明显减轻了护理人员的工作量，应当在临床上推广应用。 关键词：工型鼻贴联合活瓣式脸贴；留置胃管固定法；护理效果；喉癌 With nasal post indwelling gastric tube joint flapper type face fixed method of nursing effect is observed Abstract：Objective：To study the work the nasal stick joint flapper type face stick the nursing effect of indwelling gastric tube fixed method.Methods：Select our hospital from 2013 to 2014 treated 100 patients with larynx cancer after operation，were randomly divided into observation group and control group，control group using traditional indwelling gastric tube fixed method of nursing，the observation group practice with nasal post indwelling gastric tube joint flapper type face fixed method of nursing，nursing effect of comparative analysis of two groups.Results：In the replacement of fixed belt on the time and frequency of observation group was better than control group（P lt; 0.05）；Observation group patients comfort was also significantly higher than that of control group（P lt; 0.05）；In hernia of nasogastric tube or ectopic，face and nose on the incidence of pressure ulcers，observation group was significantly lower than the control group，the difference has statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：With the nasal stick joint flapper type face against patients with indwelling gastric tube fixed method helps maintain skin cleanness is complete，improve its comfort，prevent the fixed rickety nasogastric tube loss and the occurrence of pressure sores，significantly reduce the workload of the nursing should be popularized in clinical application.
