Under the above- mentioned mutual understanding, both parties reached the following agreement on the confidentiality of the ArTu K drawings: 在乙方同意甲方自行生产ArTu K 结构件的前提下，乙方向甲方提供ArTu K图纸以供参考。为此，在以上所述前提和共同承诺基础上，双方同意就ArTu K图纸达成下述保密协议： Party A, its employees, agents, and representatives shall not use, disclose or cause to be disclosed for any purpose other than to self-localize ArTu Ksheet metal kits information of any type, including but not limited to drawings, samples, financial information and other data, both written and unwritten (Confidential Property), unless and until such use and disclosure is expressly authorized in writing by Party B. 甲方及其雇员、代理商和代表，除了用于自行生产的目的，不得因任何其他目的使用、泄漏或导致泄漏任何技术信息，包括但不限于图纸、样品、财务信息和其他数据，无论书面的和非书面的（保密资产）。上述信息除非经乙方以书面形式直接授权才能被使用和泄漏。 Party A hereby acknowledges that all such Confidential Property is and will remain the property of Party B and constitutes valuable trade secrets of Party B , and that any copying, transmittal to others and the unauthorized use of such Confidential Property by Party A will cause irreparable harm to Party B and/or its customers. 甲方在此承认：所有上述保密资产现在和将来都是乙方的资产，构成乙方的有价值的商业机密，甲方所做的任何复印、向他人的转让和未经授权使用此保密资产，都将对乙方和/或其客户造成不可挽回的损失。 If cooperation between Party B and Party A terminate for any reason, Party A shall forthwith return to Party B any and all drawings, samples, financial information or other tangible items, incorporating or representing Party B’s Confidential Property, including all copies thereof. 如果乙方和甲方之间的合作因为任何原因而终止，甲方应立即向乙方归还所有的图纸、光碟、样品、财务信息或其他有形资产，及其已被并入或代表乙方的保密资产，包括所有的复印件。 Party A recognizes and agrees that nothing in this Agreement
