精品论文 参考文献 中央预算内投资县级医院建设项目现状研究 王滢1 杨练1 谭玲2 雷敏3 肖莉3 　　（1 成都中医药大学管理学院 610075） 　　（2四川省卫生和计划生育委员会规划财务与信息处 610041） 　　（3四川省卫生厅项目管理中心 610041） 　　【摘要】 目的：了解四川省中央预算内投资县级医院建设项目现状，为提高卫生项目管理效率提供参考。方法：运用问卷对2009-2011年下达项目且在2012年12月31日前投入使用的51个中央投资1800万及以上的县级医院建设项目情况进行调查，采用对比和描述分析法进行数据分析。结果：51个项目绝大多数按时开工（84.31%），大部分按时投入使用（58.82%）；项目建设工期以2年为主（60.78%）；有6个医院（11.77%）抗震设防未达到要求。结论：建议多措并举，解决资金筹集问题，严控超规模投资建设，严把项目建设质量。 　　【关键词】 县级医院；建设项目；现状 　　【中图分类号】R01 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）24-0014-02 　　County hospital construction project investment from the central budget present study 　　Wang Ying, Yang Lian. Methods Using the questionnaire to 2009-2011 issued the project and put into use in December 31, 2012, 51 the central investment 18 million county-level hospitals and above of construction projects situation investigation, using the method of contrast and description for data analysis. Results 51 projects most of the work on time (84.31%), most of the time put into use (58.82%); Project construction period is given priority to with 2 years (60.78%). There are six hospitals (11.77%) seismic fortification is not up to par. Conclusions Recommends measures simultaneously, solve the problem of fund-raising, strict controls of super scale investment construction, strictly the quality of project construction. 　　【Key words】County-level hospitals; Construction project; The status quo 　　县级医院是县域内的医疗卫生中心，是农村医疗卫生服务网络的龙头[1]。本研究中，“县
