精品论文 参考文献 康复护理干预对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能及满意度的影响 (商丘市第一人民医院重症监护室 河南商丘 476100) [摘要]:目的:研究康复护理干预对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能及满意度的影响。方法: 选取本院收治的脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者60例，随机分为两组，对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组采用传统护理模式，观察组在采用传统护理模式基础上实施康复护理，比较两组患者病情好转情况及患者满意度。结果:观察组患者病情好转总有效率（96.67%）明显高于对照组（73.33%），差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组患者总满意率（93.33%）明显高于对照组（70.00%），差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论:康复护理干预对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的临床护理效果明显，有助于提高患者满意度，值得大力推广与应用 [关键词] 康复护理；吞咽障碍；脑卒中；吞咽功能；满意度 Rehabilitation nursing intervention on the swallowing function of patients with swallowing disorder after stroke and satisfaction Xu Huijie (shangqiu first peoples hospital intensive care unit Henan shangqiu, 476100) [abstract] : objective: to study the rehabilitation nursing intervention on the swallowing function of patients with swallowing disorder after stroke and satisfaction. Methods: selection of swallowing disorder after stroke patients admitted in our 60 cases, randomly divided into two groups, control group and observation group, 30 cases each. The control group with traditional nursing mode, observation group in the traditional nursing mode based on the implementation of rehabilitation nursing, compared two groups of patients got better and patient satisfaction.
