民营企业投融资与风险管理.doc

摘要 随着我国经济的发展，民营企业成为推动我国经济增长的一个重要因素，成为我国经济发展的重要力量。在我国，民营企业已成为我国企业的一个不可缺少的组成部分，民营企业面临着更多的发展机会，尤其在经营管理、投融资、收益的分配等方面拥有更多的自主权。但是，很多民营企业缺少一个清晰、明确的资金管理策略，对于资金管理中存在的许多问题和障碍都得不到应有的重视，这严重制约了我国民营企业的经营核心竞争力。民营企业在发展的过程中面临一个棘手的问题——资金困难。随着我国经济的快速发展，民营企业的发展取得了长足的进步，本次研究以比亚迪为研究对象，主要重点描述民营企业资金管理的现状和资金短缺的原因分析，根据所学的知识提出针对性的改进措施，提高企业实际管理水平，有利于民营企业核心竞争力的提高。 关键词：民营企业；资金短缺；发展 ABSTRACT With the development of our national economy, an important factor in promoting Chinas economic growth has become a private enterprise, has become an important force in Chinas economic development.
