To improve financial personnel ability of the business and strengthen the construction of occupational morality is in badly need to meet the requirements of the society. Through the analysis of the quality of the corporate finances, this text proposed the theory that finances ought to strengthen lifelong learning and continuing professional education and enhancing the quality of finances with the ways of strengthening accountant foundation job, establishing a learning team and using of remote education network.
