精品论文 参考文献 护理干预对呼吸内科重症患者的临床应用价值 岳阳市一人民医院 湖南岳阳 414000 【摘 要】目的 对呼吸内科重症患者采取护理干预措施，对其临床效果进行观察分析。方法 选取2014年1月至2015年7月年我院呼吸内科收治的112例重症患者作为研究对象，将其随机均分为对照组和观察组（n=56）。对照组患者采取常规临床护理措施，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上采取护理干预措施。对两组患者的护理效果进行观察。结果 两组患者PaO2、PaCO2、呼吸频率、心率等指标有明显差异，Plt;0．05，有统计学意义。护理结束后，对两组患者的护理效果进行分析。其中对照组患者的护理总有效率为85.71％，观察组患者的护理总有效率为96.43％，观察组患者的护理效果显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0．05）。对照组患者在护理过程中出现5例感染，观察组并无感染病例出现，观察组的安全性显著优于对照组（Plt;O．05）。结论 对呼吸内科重症患者采取护理干预措施，能够提高患者的治疗效果，值得在临床上推广。 【关键词】呼吸内科重症；护理干预；临床应用价值 Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing intervention on severe respiratory department of internal medicine. Methods from January 2014 to July 2015，112 cases of severe patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group（n=56）. The control group took routine clinical nursing measures，the observation group of patients in the conventional nursing care based on the nursing intervention measures. The nursing effect of two groups of patients were observed. Results two groups of patients with PaCO2，PaO2，respiratory rate，heart rate and other indicators were significantly different，Plt;0.05，a statistically significant. After nursing，the effect of nursing care for the two groups of patients were analyzed. In the control group，the total effective rate was 85.71%，the total effective rate was 96.43% in the observation group，the nursing effect of the observation group was significantly better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）. The control group of patients in the nursing process of 5 cases of infection，the observation group had no infection cases，the security of the observation group was significantly better than the control group（Plt;O.05）. Conclusion nursing intervention measures in patients with severe respiratory department of internal medicine can improve the treatment effect，and it is worth to be popularized in clinic.
