精品论文 参考文献 探讨全麻联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉对胃癌根治术患者疼痛的影响 哈尔滨星光医院 黑龙江哈尔滨 150046 【摘 要】目的：通过对60例胃癌患者的临床治疗和护理效果的分析，对比全身麻醉方法和全麻联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉对胃癌根治术患者疼痛的影响，总结出更完善的麻醉方法。方法：选取2014年1月至2015年12月我院诊治的该类疾病患者60例进行临床研究，将患者随机分为两组，全麻组使用常规的麻醉方法全身麻醉，联合组使用全麻联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉的方法，分析两组的患者疼痛情况。结果：通过对患者疼痛情况的临床观察和分析，我们发现对患者实行联合麻醉能有效缓解患者的疼痛情况。结论：全麻联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉能有效降低胃癌根治术患者的疼痛程度，同时也大大提高患者的满意度，值得推广。 【关键词】胃癌根治术；全麻联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉；疼痛研究 To investigate the effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia on pain in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy Abstract：Objective：To analyze the effects of general anesthesia and general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia on the pain of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer，and to summarize the more perfect anesthesia method，by analyzing the clinical treatment and nursing effect of 60 patients with gastric cancer.Methods：From January 2014 to December 2015，60 patients with these diseases were randomly divided into two groups：general anesthesia group under general anesthesia，combined group with general anesthesia group Combined with epidural anesthesia method，analysis of the two groups of patients with pain.Results：Through the clinical observation and analysis of the patients pain，we found that the combined anesthesia could effectively relieve the pain of the patients.Conclusion：General anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia can effectively reduce the pain of patients with gastric cancer radical surgery，but also greatly improve patient satisfaction，it is worth promoting. Keywords：radical gastrectomy；general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia；pain study 癌症是一种引起人们广泛关注的疾病，主要是因为其治疗过程艰难、治疗效果不理想、后期康复工作也十分繁琐。下文主要介绍了胃癌治疗过程中的一些问题，目前用来治疗胃癌主要使用的方法为胃癌根治术，即通过手术来治疗，但是随着多年临床治疗的研究，我们发现手术过后通常患者带来极为难以忍受的疼痛，如何能够帮助患者解决这一问题呢？下文从麻醉的不同方法进行了研究，让我们一起来了解一下吧。 1.资料与方法 1、1一般资料 胃癌是目前常见的恶性肿瘤之一，在手术后会产生一系列的疼痛，包括内脏痛以及切口痛。此外，在术中大量使用阿片类镇痛药，会使患者在术后早期产生对阿片受体激动剂的耐受。所以，如何能够在治疗后有效的缓解患者的疼痛状况成为了医学界广泛关注的一大问题。目前患者常用全身麻醉，但是全身麻醉会导致患者产生应激反应，在术中及术后也需要给
