精品论文 参考文献 探讨妇产科护理纠纷常见原因及对策 哈尔滨市阿城区人民医院 黑龙江哈尔滨 150300 【摘 要】目的：对妇产科护理中常见纠纷的产生原因以及护理对策进行探讨，防止投诉事件的发生，从根本上提高服务质量。方法：随机收集2015年1月至2015年10月50例妇产科护理纠纷事件作为研究对象，对这50例护理纠纷产生的原因进行临床对比与分析，总结出护理纠纷产生的主要原因。结果：50例护理纠纷中，有18例是由护理人员操作技术不合格引起，10例是由护患沟通不善引起，13例是由护理人员服务态度不佳引起，9例是由患者或其家属的原因引起。讨论：综合妇科护理中医疗纠纷产生的常见原因，并在医院以后的护理过程中，需要提高医护人员的服务意识与服务质量，建立医护人员与病患良好沟通的渠道，提升医护人员的职业技能，以杜绝医疗纠纷的产生。 【关键词】妇产科护理；纠纷；常见原因及对策 Common Causes and Countermeasures of Nursing Disputes in Obstetrics and Gynecology Abstract：Objective：To discuss the causes of common disputes in nursing of obstetrics and gynecology，and to discuss nursing strategies，prevent the occurrence of complaints，and improve the quality of service fundamentally.Methods：Fifty cases of obstetric and gynecological care disputes were randomly collected from January 2015 to October 2015，and the causes of these 50 cases were compared and analyzed，and the causes of medical disputes were summarized.Results：Among the 50 cases of nursing disputes，18 cases were caused by unsatisfactory operation skill of nursing staff，10 cases were caused by poor communication between nurses and patients，13 cases caused by poor attitude of nursing staff，9 cases caused by patients or their Family reasons.Discussion：The common causes of medical disputes in gynecological care，in the hospital after the nursing process，the need to improve health care service awareness and quality of service，the establishment of health care workers and patients good communication channels to improve the professional skills of health care workers，To eliminate the emergence of medical disputes. Keywords：obstetrics and gynecology care；disputes；common causes and countermeasures 随着社会的进步，文化水平的普遍提高，医学知识的普及及法制观念的增强，人们对维权意识、自我保护意识的提高，医疗纠纷的发生率呈上升趋势，越来越多的人开始意识到在就医过程中维护自身权益，从而对医护人员的职业道德、技术水平及服务质量提出了更高的要求。妇产科护理在医疗诊治中是一个特殊的医疗服务项目，面对的是一个特殊的群体，隐藏的风险相对较多，如果出现护理问题，很可能关系到两个人的生命安全，从而引起医疗纠纷。因此提高妇产科护理质量，分析和讨论护理纠纷发生的原因，制订相应防范措施显得尤为重要。现就我院在护理中常见纠纷产生原因及管理办法进行研究，分析如下。 1.资料和方法 1.1一般资料
