精品论文 参考文献 探讨子宫腺肌症超声影像检查特征及超声诊断价值 黑龙江省龙江县第一人民医院 161100 摘要：目的 研究分析超声影像检查子宫腺肌症的特征及诊断价值。方法 此次研究的对象是选择在2012年8月—2013年8月期间该院收治的子宫腺肌症患者65例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并分别对其进行经腹部和经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查，对超声影像特征和诊断价值进行分析。结果 所有患者均顺利完成检查，与经腹部超声检查相比，经阴道超声检查的诊断准确率较高，比较差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；同时，两种检查方法在子宫腺肌症、子宫增大以及合并子宫囊肿的检出率方面比较差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05），但是在合并子宫肌瘤的检出率方面比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。结论 临床上对子宫腺肌症患者进行超声影像检查具有明显的特征，相比较经腹超声而言，经阴道超声具有干扰小、诊断准确率高等特点，是比较理想的一种检查方法。 关键词：超声诊断；子宫腺肌症；图像特征；阴道超声 [Abstract] Objective To study the characteristics and diagnostic value of ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of uterine gland muscle disease. Method the study object is selected in August 2012 - 2013 August during the hospital of adenomyosis patients 65 cases，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and the of transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound. The sonographic characteristics and diagnostic value were analyzed. Results all patients were successfully completed the examination，and compared to abdominal ultrasonography and vaginal ultrasonography diagnosis accuracy is higher，the difference has statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）；at the same time，two kinds of inspection methods in adenomyosis and uterine enlargement and with ovarian cyst detection rate difference has statistics significance（P lt; 0.05），but in complicated with uterine myoma detection rate difference was not statistically significant（P gt; 0.05）. Conclusion for patients with adenomyosis were ultrasound has obvious characteristics and compared by transabdominal ultrasound，transvaginal ultrasound with interference is small，the diagnostic accurate rate higher characteristic，is the ideal of a kind of examination method. [Key words] ultrasound diagnosis；uterine gland muscle disease；image characteristics；vaginal ultrasound 子宫腺肌症是比较常见的一种妇科疾病，临床表现以痛经、经期延长以及经量增多等症状为主，30～50岁经产妇为该病的高发人群，严重影响患者的身体健康和生活质量[1]。当前临床上在对子宫腺肌症进行检查时，超声是比较常用的一种方法，但是不同检查方式的诊断准确率也存在着一定的区别。该文对超声影像检查子宫腺肌症的特征及诊断价值进行了探讨，报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 选择该院收
