精品论文 参考文献 探讨外科术后护理中护理程序的应用效果观察 五常市人民医院 150200 摘要：目的 研究分析外科术后护理中护理程序的应用效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选择146例外科手术患者。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并根据患者术后护理方法分为研究组和对照组各73例，研究组采用术后护理程序护理，对照组采用常规护理，比较两组患者对护理的满意度和术后24 h、72 h疼痛情况以及术后72 h内使用止痛药比例。结果 研究组满意度为94.5%，显著高于对照组的67.1%，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.01）。术后24 h和72 h研究组患者疼痛评分显著低于对照组，72 h内使用止痛药的比例也显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 护理程序的实施使护理的针对性显著增强，使外科患者术后护理的质量得到提升，从而有利于患者满意度的提高及病情的有效恢复。 关键词：外科手术；???理程序；评价 [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of the application of nursing procedures in surgical nursing.Methods the study subjects were selected from 146 surgical patients.Will their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and according to the postoperative nursing were divided into study group and control group，each of 73 cases，the study group with postoperative nursing procedures.The control group received routine nursing care，compared two groups of patients for nursing satisfaction and postoperative 24 h，72 h pain conditions and within 72 h after operation using proportion of painkillers.Results the study group satisfaction was 94.5%，significantly higher than that of the control group of 67.1%，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.01）.Postoperative pain score of 24 h and 72 h study group was significantly lower than that of the control group，the proportion of the use of analgesics in 72 h was significantly lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion the implementation of the nursing process makes the nursing care of the patients significantly enhanced，so that the quality of postoperative nursing care can be improved，which is conducive to the improvement of patients satisfaction and the effective recovery of the disease.
