精品论文 参考文献 探讨外科护理中的人性化护理对策谢立文 望奎县人民医院 152101 摘要：目的：研究分析外科护理中的一般方法及存在问题的解决方法。方法：此次研究的对象是选取自2014年至2015年春季在我院收录的50例患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并针对在外科护理中出现的护理问题，结合医院的医疗技术，提出相应的解决措施，并与2013年的外科护理情况进行比对分析。结果：经过对于选中的患者进行相应的护理措施之后，患者的护理情况有着较大的改善。仅仅出现了2例护理的问题，其中一条是由于医护人员的护理方式不恰当所致，另一条则是由于患者个人的身体状况所致。因此得出的结果与进行护理手段前患者的状况有着明显的差异，且差异具有统计学意义。结论：虽然在对患者的护理中会因为种种的原因而出现诸多的问题，但是通过对于这些护理的问题进行分析，能够在很大范围上对于这些问题进行改善，从而得到良好的护理效果。 关键词：外科护理；人性化护理；对策 [Abstract] Objective：To study the general method of surgical nursing and the solution to the problem. Methods：the object of the study is selected from 2014 to 2015 spring in our hospital included 50 patients，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and to solve the problem of nursing in surgical nursing，combined with the medical technology in the hospital and put forward the corresponding measures，and comparison analysis with surgical nursing in 2013. Results：after the selected patients for the corresponding nursing measures，the patients care has a greater improvement. There were only 2 cases of nursing problems，one of which was caused by improper nursing care，the other was due to the physical condition of the patients. Therefore，the results obtained and the status of patients before nursing means there is a significant difference，and the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion：although because of various reasons and the emergence of many problems in the care of patients，but through carries on the analysis regarding the care of these problems can in a large range for these problems to improve，in order to get good effect of nursing. 随着我国经济水平的不断提升和经济建设的不断深入，我国的医疗水平也有了相当大的进步，尤其是外科医学的发展，更进一步提升了我国的医学建设水平。而对于医学中的外科护理学来说，其在外科医学中所起的作用无疑是举足轻重的。 社区护理学，顾名思义，指的是医学人员通过采取一定的护理手段，加之必要的健康促进措施，或者是对于人员进行健康教育，以达到提升被护理人员的身体素质或健康水平的目的。外科护理学的对象往往没有一定的限制，它既可以对个人进行服务，也可以对于群体进行系统性的服务。另外，外科护理还有一个极大的优势，那就是它可以针对任何年龄段的个体进行服务，而不仅仅针对于某一特定的年龄段。现如今通过选取自2014年至2015年在我院收入的患者所存在的护理问题进行分析，并且与2013年的外科护理状况进行比对，做出医学报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 选取自2
