精品论文 参考文献 探讨小切口甲状腺切除术的临床疗效观察 黑龙江省北安市第一人民医院 164000 摘要：目的：研究分析小切口甲状腺切除术的临床应用效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选取医院门诊收治的择期甲状腺切除手术患者90例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并根据不同手术方式分为观察组和对照组，各45例，对照组行传统甲状腺肿瘤切除术，观察组行小切口甲状腺切除术治疗，观察两组患者术后一般指标（引流情况、拔管时间、术后住院天数、住院费用）等，分析术后并发症发生情况及患者对创口美容满意度。结果：两组术后并发症（切口疼痛、吞咽不适、创口粘连）总发生率、术后一般指标（住院时间、术后拔管时间及引流量）比较差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0.01）；两组患者美观满意度比较差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：小切口甲状腺切除术具有切口小、出血少的优势，能明显降低患者术后并发症，美观性更高，患者易于接受，值得在今后的临床中推广应用。 关键词：小切口甲状腺切除术；甲状腺肿瘤；甲状腺结节 [Abstract] Objective：To study the clinical effect of small incision thyroidectomy.Methods：the research object is selected in the outpatient department of our hospital elective thyroidectomy of 90 cases of patients，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and according to the different operation mode is divided into observation group and control group，45 cases in each，the control group received traditional thyroid tumor resection，group underwent small incision thyroidectomy in the treatment of observation，observation of the two groups of patients with postoperative general index（drainage，extubation time，hospitalization days，cost of hospitalization），analysis of postoperative complications and patient satisfaction of wound beauty.Results：two groups of postoperative complications（wound pain，swallowing discomfort，adhesive wound）total incidence rate，postoperative general index，hospital stay，postoperative extubation time and drainage）to compare the differences were statistically significant（P lt; 0.01）；the difference in appearance satisfaction between the two groups have statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：small incision for thyroidectomy has the advantages of small incision，less bleeding，can significantly reduce the postoperative complications，more beautiful，and is easy to be accepted by patients，it is worth in the future clinical application.
