精品论文 参考文献 探讨干式制粒在中药颗粒制备中的应用 黑龙江省五常市中医医院 150200 摘要：目的 研究分析干式制粒在中药颗粒制备中的实际应用。方法 对考察结果进行分析和研究，明确干式制粒在实际应用过程中操作要点，从而为中药生产领域内干式制粒方式的广泛应用奠定坚实的基础，从而推动我国中药颗粒制备工作的发展。结果 浸膏粉实际粘性较大，在实验研究过程中展现出极强的吸湿性，可见浸膏粉含水量对中药颗粒制备质量产生较大的影响。结论 对于干法制粒技术在中药中的发展方向，可以在实验的基础上借助神经网络等理论，用计算机来实现中药干法制粒专家系统的构建，而所谓专家系统就是可以用计算机来辅助中药干法制粒的辅料筛选，并筛选出最优的工艺参数。在借鉴新技术和新方法的基础上，促进交义学科的发展，干法制粒技术在中药制剂的研究中将会发挥重要的??用。 关键词：干式制粒；重要颗粒制备；工艺条件 [Abstract] Objective To study the analysis of the actual application of dry granulation in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicine granules.Method for the investigation of results are analysis and research, clear dry granulation in practical application in the process of operation points, so as to lay a solid foundation for the wide application of the production of Chinese traditional medicine in the field of dry granuling ways, so as to promote the development of Chinas traditional Chinese medicine granular preparation work.Results extract powder of the actual viscous large in experimental study show strong hygroscopicity, visible extract powder containing content on traditional Chinese medicine granular preparation quality produce bigger effect.Conclusion to the dry granulation technology in traditional Chinese medicine in the direction of development, on the basis of experimental with neural network theory, using computer to realize the construction of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）dry granulation expert system, and the so-called expert system is to use computers to assist Chinese medicine dry granulation excipient screening, and to screen out the optimal process parameters.In reference on the basis of new technologies and new methods, to promote the development of subject cross, dry granulation technology in research of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation will play an important role.
