精品论文 参考文献 探讨平衡针灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床效果 富锦市中医院康复科 156100 摘要：目的：观察平衡针灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选取110例颈肩腰腿痛患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并按照治疗方法不同分为对照组、治疗组各55例。对照组采用传统针灸疗法，治疗组采用平衡针灸疗法，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为10000%，优于对照组8727%，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;005）；观察组复发率为182%，低于对照组1455%，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;005）。结论：对颈肩腰腿痛患者采取平衡针灸治疗，可提高临床疗效，降低复发率，值得临床推广。 　　关键词：颈肩腰腿痛；平衡针灸；通调气血 　　[Abstract] Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of neck and shoulder balance lumbocrural pain. Methods：the research object is to select 110 cases of neck，shoulder，waist and leg pain patients，the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and in accordance with the treatment method is divided into control group and treatment group with 55 cases in each. The control group was treated with traditional acupuncture therapy，the treatment group was treated with balance acupuncture therapy，and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results：the total effective rate of the treatment group was 10000%，better than the control group 8727%，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;005）；the recurrence rate of observation group was 182%，lower than the control group 1455%，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;005）. Conclusion：Taking the balance acupuncture treatment on patients with neck，shoulder，waist and leg pain，improve clinical curative effect，reduce the recurrence rate，worthy of clinical application. [Key words] neck and back pain；Balance Acupuncture；regulating qi and blood 颈肩腰腿痛的发病原因尚未明确，可能同脊柱关节退行性改变、椎间盘膨出、椎间盘突出、外伤、劳累、受凉等因素有关[1-3]。中医认为“不通则痛，不荣则痛”。所以，治疗颈肩腰腿痛关键是通调气血。目前，治疗颈肩腰腿痛主要采取针灸疗法，但传统针灸疗法，取穴较多，针痛明显。平衡针灸疗法近些年来得到普遍应用，不仅可避免传统针灸疗法的一些弊端，且临床效果显著。笔者选取55例患者，观察平衡针灸在颈肩腰腿痛中的治疗效果。现报告如下。 　　 1资料与方法 　　 11一般资料选取2014年12月至2015年12月我院收治的110例颈肩腰腿痛患者，按照治疗方法不同分为对照组55例与治疗组55例，所有患者均符合《骨与关节损伤和疾病的诊断分类及功能评定标准》[4]，有下肢放射痛、椎旁压痛、腰痛，直腿抬高试验阳性。将脊髓炎、脊柱炎、脊柱肿瘤以及脊柱结核等疾病排除。对照组中女25例，男30例，年龄为27～69岁，平均年龄（4456plusmn;533）岁；病程为3个月至4年，平均病程（234plusmn;056）年；12例颈椎病，6例肩周炎，10例腰肌劳损，12例腰间盘突出，7例腱鞘炎，8例骨质增生。治疗组中女2
