精品论文 参考文献 探讨心理干预护理对患者负性情绪的改善价值 周素容 　　（四川省人民医院 四川 成都 610072） 　　【摘 要】目的：分析心理干预护理对患者负性情绪的改善价值。方法：对我院2012年6月至2014年6月期间收治的80例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，将80例患者划分为研究组与对照组，两组各40例。对照组患者给予常规护理，研究组患者在常规护理的基础上行心理干预护理，对比研究组患者与对照组患者负性情绪改善状况。结果：研究组40例的负性情绪评分明显高于对照组40例患者，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：心理干预护理对患者负性情绪的改善价值较高，值得在临床护理中推广应用。 　　【关键词】心理干预护理；负性情绪；改善；价值 　　【中图分类号】R473.6 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）5-0307-02 　　【Abstract】objective: to analyze the psychological nursing intervention on the improvement of the patients who suffered heart disease from lung disorders negative emotional value. Methods: in our hospital during June 2012 to June 2012 treated 80 cases of clinical data of patients who suffered heart disease from lung disorders were analyzed retrospectively, and 80 patients were divided into research group and control group, two groups of 40 cases in each. Control group with routine nursing care, the team on the basis of conventional nursing patients with upward psychological nursing intervention, patients with contrast group and control group in patients with negative mood state. Results: the group of 40 cases of negative mood score significantly higher than the control group of 40 patients, the difference between the two groups have statistical significance (P lt; 0.05). Negative emotions; Improvement; The value of 　　肺心病，实质上就是临床上经常发生的一种肺组织疾病，对于患者的身体健康与生活质量有着严重影响[1]。就目前来看，肺心病发生率呈现逐渐升高的趋势，因此其发病机制、诊疗方式等受到了越来越多的关注；同时，在对肺心病患者进行治疗的护理的过程中，应当应用心理干预护理措施，这样能够确保患者处于一个最佳的诊疗状态[2]。本文主要针对我院2012年6月至2014年6月期间收治的80例肺心病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，探究心理干预护理对肺心病患者负性情绪的改善价值，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　回顾性分析我院2012年6月至2014年6月期间收治的80例肺心病患者的临床资料，其中，男66例，女54例，年龄48-75岁，平均年龄为（62.5plusmn;11.8）岁，病情发作至就诊时间为1年至12年。将120例肺心病患者随机划分为研究组与对照组，两组各
