精品论文 参考文献 探讨心理护理对耳鼻喉部手术后疼痛程度的缓解作用 齐齐哈尔市五官医院 161006 　　摘要：目的 研究并探讨心理护理对耳鼻喉部手术后疼痛程度的缓解作用。方法 此次研究的对象是选择80例需要接受耳鼻喉部手术的患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并先对其统一进行一定的手术后基础护理后，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例；对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上加以心理护理。对两组患者的耳鼻喉部手术后疼痛程度进行对比分析。结果 根据世界卫生组织所制定的疼痛分级标准对80例患者进行疼痛程度评价发现，观察组40例患者中，有24例患者疼痛分级为0级、10例患者疼痛分级为Ⅰ级、5例患者疼痛分级为Ⅱ级、1例患者疼痛分级为Ⅲ级，分别占总数的60.0%、25.0%、12.5%以及2.5%；对照组40例患者中，有12例患者疼痛分级为0级、15例患者疼痛分级为Ⅰ级、9例患者疼痛分级为Ⅱ级、4例患者疼痛分级为Ⅲ级，分别占总数的30.0%、37.5%、22.5%以及10.0%；观察组患者的手术后疼痛程度明显要低于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 临床上对于进行完耳鼻喉部手术的患者的护理应当在常规护理的基础上加以心理护理，从而有效缓解患者的手术后疼痛程度，促进患者尽快恢复健康。 　　关键词：心理护理；耳鼻喉部手术；疼痛程度；临床护理 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate and discuss the effect of psychological nursing on the degree of pain after the operation of the ear，nose and throat.The object of this research method is to select the 80 cases in need of otolaryngology surgery patients，the retrospective analysis of the clinical data，and to carry out unified the basic nursing of the surgery，they were randomly divided into observation group and control group，40 cases in each group；the control group patients were given routine nursing care.Patients in the observation group on the basis of routine nursing psychological nursing.The pain degree of the two groups of patients after the operation of the ear，nose and throat were compared and analyzed.Results according to the criteria established by the WHOs pain grading was performed on 80 patients of pain assessment，40 patients in the observation group，24 cases of pain in patients with grade 0，10 cases of patients with pain grading of grade I，5 cases of pain in patients with grade II and grade 1 cases of pain in patients with grade III，respectively.60% of the total，25%，12.5% and 2.5%；40 patients in the control group，12 cases of pain in patients with grade 0，15 cases of patients with pain grading of grade I，9 cases of pain in patients with grade II and grade 4 cases of pain in patients with grade III，which accounted for 30%，37.5%，22.5% and 10%；the observation group of patie
