精品论文 参考文献 探讨数字乳腺X线机与传统乳腺X线机的临床研究 大庆油田总医院 163000 摘要： 目的：对比分析数字乳腺X线机与传统乳腺X线机的临床应用效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选择2009年11月-2013年11月笔者所在医院收治的90例乳腺癌患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并根据不同的诊断方法，将患者分为两组，每组45例。其中将采用传统乳腺X线机诊断的患者作为对照组，把采用数字乳腺X线机进行诊断的患者作为观察组，对比两组的检查时长、曝光次数、摄影体位。结果：两组患者检查时长、曝光次数、摄影体位比较，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：数字乳腺X线机具备曝光条件好、成像清晰等特点，有利于缩短检查时长。 关键词： 数字乳腺X线机；传统乳腺X线机 [Abstract] Objective：To compare and analyze the clinical application effect of digital breast X-ray machine and traditional breast X-ray machine. Methods：the subjects of this study were 90 cases of breast cancer patients in November 2009 -2013 year in November in our hospital，the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and according to the different diagnosis methods，the patients were divided into two groups，45 cases in each group. Among them will use the traditional breast X-ray diagnosis of patients as the control group，the use of digital mammography diagnosis of patients as the observation group，compared to the two groups of inspection time，exposure times，photography position. Results：the two groups of patients with long time，exposure times，the number of exposure，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）. Conclusion：Digital breast X-ray machine has the characteristics of good exposure condition，clear imaging and so on. It is beneficial to shorten the length of the examination. [keyword] Digital breast X-ray machine；traditional breast X-ray machine 乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，呈逐年上升趋势。据相关资料表明，乳腺癌发病年龄主要集中于40～60岁[1]。首先必须提高乳腺癌的确诊率，才能够进行有效的治疗。一般情况下采用传统乳腺X线机为患者进行诊断，随着医疗技术的不断进步与发展，数字乳腺X线机开始被逐渐应用，且取得了较好的诊断效果[2-4]。本文主要分析数字乳腺X线机与传统乳腺X线机的临床应用效果，现将研究情况报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 选取2009年11月-2013年11月笔者所在医院收治的90例乳腺癌患者为研究对象，均为女性。根据不同的诊断方法，把患者分为两组，每组45例。对照组采用传统乳腺X线机诊断，平均年龄（47.85plusmn;2.75）岁。观察组采用数字乳腺X线机诊断，平均年龄（45.76plusmn;2.58）岁。患者病程1～14年，平均（8.65plusmn;2.84）年。两组患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05），具有可比性。 1.2 诊断方法 对照组采用传统乳腺X线机诊断，取患者双乳头足位CC位、外侧为与轴位，通过自动曝光摄片。观察组采用数字乳腺X线机诊
