Conclusions 1．Introduction Since China started reforming and opening to the outside world, the country’s economy has been rapidly developing for a long time. For the past 26 years, the average GDP growth rate is close to 9%, partly due to effective monetary policy. with an economy still in the period of take-off and transition, in addition to insufficient experience in policy control, China has encountered great fluctuations during her economic development, which raises higher requirements for her monetary policy tools. 1．Introduction the target of china’s monetary policy always swayed between stabilizing the currency value and maintaining the economic development until 1995, when the Law of People’s Bank of China was adopted. This law provides that the aim of the central bank is “to stabilize the currency value in order to promote economic development”, thus clarifying the precedence of “stabilization” and “development” in the central bank’s monetary policy. 1．Introduction With reform and opening, China’s economy is growing steadily. China’s impact on the global economy is increasing while it is affected by the global economy on an enlarging scale. The close relation between this inflation with international economic factors partly suggested it is time for our country to actively join the international policy coordination..
