精品论文 参考文献 提高血常规检验质量的对策分析 哈尔滨市第二社会福利院 黑龙江哈尔滨 150059 【摘 要】目的：血常规检验不仅是诊断各种血液病的主要依据，而且对其他系统疾病的诊断和鉴别也提供了许多重要信息.本次通过实验来探究影响血常规检测的因素，并且针对因素提出提高检验质量的方法并分析。方法：随机选择2014年5月至2016年5月我院80例门诊健康体检志愿者作为研究对象，采用Backman Counter全自动血细胞计数仪观察静脉血和末梢血常规检查结果。分析临床血常规检测的影响因素。结果：80例标本检测结果显示，白细胞、红细胞及血小板具有显著差异性（plt;O．05），血红蛋白无差异性（pgt;O．05），分析其结果得知影响血常规检验因素有患者生理因素、人为因素、仪器因素、试剂因素。结论：要保证血常规检测结果的准确性，在医院不断完善各项操作规范、加强工作人员的管理，进一步优化各项仪器设备的同时，还需要引导患者遵照医院的要求做好各项的检查准备，以提高检查结果的准确性。 【关键词】血常规检验；检测质量；影响因素 Analysis of countermeasures for improving the quality of blood routine test Abstract：Objective：Blood test is not only the main basis for the diagnosis of various diseases of the blood，and the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of other diseases also provided many important information.Through this experiment to explore the influencing factors of blood testing，and factors for the proposed methods to improve the inspection quality and analysis.Methods：randomly selected from May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital 80 cases of healthy volunteers as the research object，using the Backman Counter automatic blood cell counting instrument observation of venous blood and peripheral blood the inspection results.Analysis of influencing factors on clinical blood routine test.Results：80 specimens test results showed that white blood cells，red blood cells and platelets has a significant difference（plt;O.05），hemoglobin（pgt;O.05），there was no difference in the analysis of the results that factors affecting blood test patients physiological factors，human factors，equipment factors，agent factors.Conclusion：in order to ensure the accuracy of the results of blood routine examination in hospital，constantly improve the standard operation，strengthen the work of personnel management，and further optimize the equipment at the same time，also need to comply with the request of the hospital to guide the patients to do the check to check，in order to improve the accuracy of the results.
