Results 16.92% of the participants were not hospitalized, 13.33% of patients were not treated.Medical institutes were selected among the county level hospitals (31.92%) , township hospitals (24.23%) , village clinics (17.95%) , municipal hospitals (14.23%) , private clinics (10.64%) , provincial hospitals (1.02%) .The most needed medical services for 52.69% of the people were chronic disease prevention and control guidance, regular physical examination, proper medication guidance and health care knowledge, and pain care. Conclusion The rural residents health demand for medical services is becoming more and more diversified, but there are still many problems in the primary health service, which can provide reference for the related policy making.
