Firstly, the paper interprets the background of information property study. Secondly, it reveals the legal relationship among information resources system, involving information resources platform, process reengineering, structure content, operation and sharing, objectives and functions, and information security. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the information property in information legal relationship, which involves the foundation of information property, the type and attribute of information property. In the discussion of the type and attribute of information property, the paper also explains the original general intellectual property (such as copyright, patent rights, trademark rights, etc.) and derived information property (personal information rights, data property, the property of traditional knowledge and so on) . And meanwhile it gives explanations of information resources property. Lastly, on this basis, the paper focuses on the collaboration of multi-information property in information resources, aiming to promote the collaboration development of information resources at the national strategic level.
